EVENT CONSULTATION

We will dive into your event needs from top to bottom - starting with the key details and discussing decor, vendors, timelines, invitations, and more.

Package includes up to a 90 minute call (or meeting if you’re local!) + takeaway document with key notes, details, and an action-item checklist to help you in your planning process and ensure everything goes off without a hitch!

  • - Pre-call agenda for you to give you an idea of what to expect!

    - 90 minute consultation (phone , Zoom or in-person - your preference!

    - Discussion of all key event elements - date, location, timing, guest list, invitations, decor, catering, beverage service, vendors, and unique details you'd like to include.

    - Feedback on your vision and creative insights or ideas.

    - Takeaway file emailed to you within 24 hours of the consultation that includes detailed notes from the meeting.

    - Takeaway checklist emailed to you within 24 hours of the consultation that includes a detailed list of "to-do's" leading up to the event.

    - Continued support throughout the planning process and availability should you have follow up questions.

EVENT VENDOR SOURCING

Need help finding local vendors, venues, and rentals?

Package includes detailed sourcing of up to 8 categories of vendors for your upcoming event - this could include venues, entertainment, caterers, bar service, decor, florals, etc.

You will receive an editable spreadsheet that includes each vendor’s name, location, contact information, and details about their offering and pricing.

  • - Initial information collection where I learn about your upcoming event, key details, and types of vendors you need to book for the event.

    If you're not sure, that's okay too - I can help curate a list of types of vendors you'll need1

    - Sourcing of up to 8 categories of vendors (think - venue, photographer, DJ/band, caterer, decor rentals, florist, etc.)

    - Compiled spreadsheet of 3-4 vendors within each category (for example - 3-4 local florists). Spreadsheet will include the company/individual's name, location, phone/email, and details about their pricing, offering, and availability.

    - Within 3-5 business days after collecting your event information, you'll receive an editable spreadsheet file with all vendor details!

PLANNING SPREADSHEET

A great fit for larger weddings or social events where you’d like to keep everything organized in one place.

The Planning Spreadsheet package includes a customized, editable spreadsheet where you can organize your upcoming event details. We will build out multiple tabs for you to log guest lists and RSVPS, track your spending/budget, record key vendor details and contact information, and build out timelines and related files for the event.

    - Custom created spreadsheet that includes multiple tabs to fit your needs.

    For example: A wedding planning spreadsheet may include tabs for guest list/RSVP tracking, timeline creation, budget/expense tracking, vendor contact information, day-of checklist...

    - Turnaround time: 3-5 business days after connecting and discussing your needs!

EVENT MOOD BOARD

Let’s connect on your event vision and design ideas and I will create a mood board for the event that allows you to see it all come together, including color palette, decor and theme items, rentals, signage, venue backdrops, and more.

You’ll receive a PDF file as well as an editable link to continue to design and adjust as needed.

  • - Initial information collection where we discuss your upcoming event and vision. Feel free to share inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, social media pages/files, etc.!

    - Creation of a custom "mood board" to pull your vision together.

    For example: A mood board for an upcoming surprise birthday party may include images of color palettes, signage for the event, decor options, photos of the venue (to see how it all comes together!), sample invitation designs, food/beverage displays, themed desserts, fun apparel or custom "guest of honor" wearables...

    - JPEG/PDF files of your mood board, as well as an editable link for you to edit within Canva.

    - Turnaround time: 3-5 business days after we connect to discuss your vision!

    - Continued support throughout your planning process if you'd like to add/remove elements or tweak the color scheme, etc.
